The Oklahoma Higher Education Employees Insurance Group (OKHEEI) is seeking an independent insurance broker/agency to provide full‑service benefit consulting and brokerage for its self‑insured health, dental, pharmacy, and ancillary plans covering roughly 3,300 active members and pre‑65 retirees, with additional supplemental coverage for post‑65 retirees. The broker will negotiate renewals, conduct regional provider analyses, deliver data‑driven reporting, ensure legislative compliance, and disclose any commissions on ancillary products.
