The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify parties interested in and capable of supporting a five-year, firm fixed-priced, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for PAR Excellence Equipment, Installation, and Services. The contract aims to provide the means for purchase and installation of the PAR Excellence Point of Use (POU) weight-based inventory management system, including scale products, hardware accessories, software licenses, and onsite implementation services. The system will interface with the General Inventory Package (GIP) system and automate inventory management processes. Interested parties are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) by July 30, 2026.
