RFP - 2026 Northwest Water Treatment Plant Capacity Improvements Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR)

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the 2026 Northwest Water Treatment Plant Capacity Improvements project. The project involves increasing the capacity of the water treatment plant, including the rehabilitation of existing solid contact clarifiers, procurement and installation of new equipment, and construction of new facilities. The CMAR will provide preconstruction services, including constructability reviews, value engineering, and scheduling, and will oversee the construction phase of the project.
