Proposal for Fuel Card Services

The Navajo Nation Division of General Services is seeking a qualified vendor to design, issue, and manage a comprehensive fuel‑card program for its fleet of employees. The contract will cover issuance of cards, network acceptance, real‑time transaction tracking, reporting, fraud protection, and full customer support for a five‑year period. Vendors must submit four sealed proposal sets, meet technical qualification thresholds, and comply with tribal insurance, tax, and debarment requirements.
