The County of Camden is seeking a qualified contractor to construct four new pickleball courts at Timber Creek Park, including all associated site work, asphalt paving, fencing, lighting, landscaping, and installation of court equipment. The contract is a one‑year, fixed‑price award with a $50,000 general allowance and strict schedule requirements, including 60‑day substantial completion and liquidated damages of $500 per day.
