The Village of Gurnee is seeking an authorized reseller to supply, warranty, and ship a complete fleet‑wide mobile computing solution for its police department. The contract covers rugged Getac tablets (two configurations), vehicle‑mounted docking stations, power adapters, back‑lit keyboards, extensive mounting hardware for multiple vehicle makes, and five‑year extended warranties and protection plans. The vendor must ship all items to the Village by the end of October 2019; installation is performed by Village staff. No additional services (e.g., networking routers) are included. • Supply 26 Getac A140 rugged tablets (5 with camera, 21 without) plus extended warranties (years 4‑5). • Provide 26 Havis docking stations, power adapters, back‑lit keyboards, and related protection plans. • Deliver 70 pieces of vehicle‑specific mounting hardware (Locking Slide Arms, brackets, and dash mounts for Chevrolet Tahoe and Ford Police Interceptor Utility). • All hardware must be covered by vendor‑provided warranties; the Village will handle installation and integration.
