The Nuclear Nonproliferation Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking to procure an Industrial Process Furnace and accessories. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price proposal, and the award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The supplier is responsible for all packing and shipping provisions to ensure that the system arrives at the company's site in an undamaged, working condition. • The supplier must provide a firm fixed price quote with the proposed delivery schedule. • The supplier must provide a process to notify users of defects, new releases, or issues that impact the operation of the software. • The supplier must label new releases and upgrades of the software to allow unique identification of changes by revision. • The supplier must provide assurance of the software quality by allowing an external assessment of their SQA program or providing evidence of the software quality via self-declaration, third-party certification, or acceptance based on key characteristics.
