Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

Based on typical consulting rates for transit system evaluations (often $150–$250 per hour) and the one‑year contract scope—including data collection, analysis, multiple scenario workshops, and a comprehensive final report—the total contract value is likely in the low‑to‑mid six‑figure range. Assuming a team of 2–3 consultants averaging 30 hours per week for 48 weeks, the cost would fall between roughly $150,000 and $300,000, depending on the firm’s experience and any additional sub‑consultant or travel expenses.
