The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified design‑consultant firm to lead the planning, design, permitting, community outreach, and construction‑administration for the Greenville Loop Road Park, a roughly 25‑acre municipal park slated for completion by March 2031. The consultant will develop conceptual through construction‑document packages, coordinate with a future Construction‑Manager‑At‑Risk (CMAR) contractor, and provide bid assistance and record‑as‑built drawings.
