RFP Grade 4-8 Science Coach 26-27

The East Rutherford Board of Education is seeking a qualified individual or firm to serve as a Grade 4‑8 Science Coach for the 2026‑27 school year. The coach will deliver personalized professional development, support the implementation of a science curriculum aligned with NGSS and NJSLS, and collaborate with the district’s ELA curriculum team to integrate science concepts into English‑Language‑Arts instruction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science education (or related field), at least five years of experience as a science teacher or coach, and demonstrated ability to conduct teacher training and curriculum development.
