Description
The Meatpacking District Management Association (MDMA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to operate a year‑round hospitality sub‑concession on Gansevoort Plaza in Manhattan. The selected sub‑concessionaire will be responsible for managing all market‑style food and beverage programming, recruiting and overseeing third‑party vendors, installing and maintaining moveable structures, securing all necessary permits (DOT, health, liquor), providing 24‑hour security, handling sanitation, and delivering regular financial and compliance reporting to MDMA. The contract is structured as a revenue‑sharing sub‑license (initial 2‑year term with one optional 3‑year renewal).
