Catering, Prepared Foods and Retail Foods - Catalog

The Coppell Independent School District (CISD) is seeking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a catalog-type bid covering catering, prepared foods, and retail foods. The RFP includes full-service catering for school events, meetings, and trainings, individually packaged meal options, on-site delivery and setup services, buffet-style and boxed meal options, and accommodations for special dietary needs. The district is looking to expand its current vendor list to ensure access to a broad range of qualified suppliers. • The RFP includes three categories: Catering and Catered Foods, Prepared Foods, and Retail Foods. • Vendors who submitted a response last year do not need to reapply unless they wish to update their offering. • The initial deadline to be considered for inclusion on the CISD Vendor List is July 27, 2026, pending Board approval. • Submissions received after this date will still be accepted but reviewed periodically, with vendor list updates made incrementally.
