Administrator for Rental Preservation Program

The Town of Nantucket is seeking a qualified Administrator to manage and administer a rental preservation program aimed at supporting homeowners renting to year-round residents to preserve year-round rental units. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the programs, promoting awareness among eligible homeowners and prospective renters, processing applications, confirming eligibility, and facilitating rental preservation payments. The selected Administrator will work closely with the Town's Housing Department and be responsible for upholding all relevant standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Promotion and outreach to inform eligible homeowners and prospective renters about the program • Application processing and eligibility determination • Payment facilitation and database management • Compliance monitoring and record-keeping • Reporting to the Town's Housing Department and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund
