The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for the design and construction of a new Head Start Center. The scope includes preliminary and final design, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering, compliance with federal Head Start program requirements, coordination with architects and contractors, and preparation of all necessary construction documents and permits. • Provide full‑service engineering design (structural, MEP, civil) from concept through construction documents. • Ensure design meets Head Start standards, local building codes, ADA accessibility, and sustainability guidelines. • Coordinate with the architectural team, local authorities, and the construction contractor to facilitate timely project delivery. • Deliver cost estimates, value engineering options, and construction phase support. • Submit qualifications demonstrating experience on similar educational or public‑facility projects, staff expertise, and capacity to meet the project schedule.
