Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Event - Las Vegas, NV

The United States Army Reserve Command is seeking information from potential contractors to support the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) event in Las Vegas, NV. The event is expected to have up to 1200 attendees and will require a venue that can accommodate this number of people. The contractor will be responsible for providing hotel rooms, meeting spaces, meals, and parking for the attendees and government staff. The event will take place from July 15, 2025, to July 21, 2025. The contractor will also be required to provide a point of contact who will be available 24/7 during the event. Some key features of the job include: • Providing a venue with a minimum of 1200 sleeping rooms and meeting spaces • Offering meals and parking for attendees and government staff • Ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere for the event • Providing a point of contact who will be available 24/7 during the event • Complying with all local, state, and federal environmental and occupational safety laws and regulations The contractor will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and their experience in providing similar services.
