On Call Acquisition Services

The City of Davenport, Iowa is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call acquisition services related to capital projects. The selected firms will provide acquisition services, including right-of-way acquisition, permanent easements, and temporary construction easements, for up to three years. The City intends to select three qualified firms to support project development. Key services include conducting acquisition kick-off meetings, reviewing available information, coordinating with property owners, and providing documentation.
