Consolidated Gases

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting a supply requirement for Consolidated Gases, including liquid argon, gaseous nitrogen, bulk liquid nitrogen, bulk propane, and other gases. The contractor will be responsible for delivering these gases to NUWC Keyport and its annex in Bangor, Washington. The contract has four option years, and the contractor must provide FOB Destination pricing. The solicitation includes a statement of work that outlines the requirements and standards for the contractor. • The contractor must deliver the gases according to the schedule specified in the statement of work. • The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and labor to accomplish the requirements. • The contractor must perform maintenance and repairs on the bulk liquid nitrogen and bulk liquid argon tanks. • The contractor must provide an original delivery ticket to the government's named delivery point of contact for each delivery. • The contractor must invoice the government through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
