Lab Supplies and Service - Mercury Testing

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking qualified companies to provide lab supplies and services for mercury testing. The contract period will be 5 years, and the selected vendor will pay for all shipping, handling, and insurance. The vendor will provide consumable lab equipment, lab instrument parts, and repair and preventative maintenance for an AGS Scientific brand Mercury Analyzer instrument. The contract will include a demonstration of the mercury analyzer instrument after the closing date, during the agency evaluation process, before award. • The vendor must provide a written certification that they are not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel. • The vendor must comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the applicable provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act. • The vendor must provide equal employment opportunities and not discriminate against any person because of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, military or veteran status, disability status, marital or family status, genetic information, or political affiliation. • The contract will be subject to the laws of the State of Kansas, and jurisdiction and venue of any suit in connection with this contract shall reside only in courts located in the State of Kansas.
