Specialty Tooling, Materials, and Manufacturing Services

This solicitation seeks quotations for labor‑hour services, specialty tooling, raw‑material procurement, and related manufacturing services to support Argonne’s Custom Manufacturing Solutions – Central Shops (CMS‑CS). The work includes on‑site inventory assessments, provision of cutting tools, inserts, collets, measuring devices, and outside processing such as sharpening, calibration, plating, and other specialty surface treatments. Pricing must be supplied for a base year (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027) and up to two optional one‑year extensions, with all unit prices, discounts, and material mark‑ups completed by the vendor. The contractor must comply with Argonne’s labor‑hour contract terms, safety, security, and counterfeit‑parts policies, and submit required certifications and documentation. • Provide labor‑hour services and parts/materials for specialty tooling under a T&M contract. • Supply and manage inventory of cutting tools, inserts, collets, and measurement devices, plus raw‑material sourcing. • Deliver outside processing services (sharpening, calibration, plating, etc.) and comply with strict quality, safety, and reporting requirements. • Submit a signed RFQ page, completed representations & certifications, published price list or redacted invoice, and responses to pre‑pay/shipping and tariff questions.
