Grocery/Retail Merchandise/Meal Services/Catering

This RFP is a non‑expiring, qualifying‑bid solicitation from Grand Prairie ISD inviting vendors to become approved suppliers for grocery, retail merchandise, meal services, and catering. There is no specific scope of work; any vendor that submits a compliant response will be placed on the district’s vendor list and may be called upon for purchases as needed. The district requires vendors to maintain appropriate insurance, a current Certificate of Insurance, workers’ compensation, background checks for any personnel working on school sites, and compliance with Texas procurement, DEI, and anti‑corruption statutes. Vendors must also agree to the district’s code of conduct, insurance requirements, and provide required forms (CIQ, CIP 1295, etc.). The contract is multi‑awarded and will be executed via purchase orders after award.
