Health Benefits Consultant

The Town of Berlin, Connecticut, is seeking a qualified Health Benefits Consultant to provide a five‑year consulting service (2027‑2032) that will analyze, negotiate, and manage the municipality’s and Board of Education’s health insurance programs. The consultant will market insurance options, evaluate bids, advise on plan design, conduct cost‑benefit analyses, support collective bargaining, and deliver ongoing reporting and compliance monitoring.
