Renovations to Coyne Hall at Onondaga Community College

Northland Associates, In. will be submitting a bid on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 2pm for the Onondaga Community College Coyne Hall Renovation - Contract 1: General Construction including Hazardous Material Removal and Fire Protection / Sprinkler in Syracuse, NY. This multi-prime bid involves the renovation of 30,000sf of space on the first and second floor areas of Coyne Hall. Work includes reconfiguration of mechanical systems under separate contract, new and refurbished finishes, new doors, new exterior window lites, electrical improvements under separate contract and fire protection improvements. This project award is 1/15/2027 and completion is 12/30/2027.
