Preventive Maintenance and Repair for School Buses and Vehicle Fleet District-Wide

The Brownsville Independent School District (BISD) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for its entire fleet of school buses and other district vehicles. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor must be able to respond quickly—initiating at least 90 % of repairs within 24 hours of receipt of a purchase order. The scope includes routine services (oil changes, brake service, AC checks, tire rotations, diagnostics, etc.), major repairs, and parts supply, with requirements for ASE‑certified technicians and compliance with Texas Education Code 22A.055.
