TRANSPORTATION-FLEET REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE & SERVICES-DISTRICT WIDE

The Humble Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide transportation-fleet repairs, maintenance, and services on a district-wide basis. The contract term is for one calendar year from the date of issue by Humble ISD’s end-user campus/department, with up to four additional one-year renewal options. The selected vendor will be required to provide a range of services, including preventative maintenance, tire and alignment services, brake service and repair, automotive air conditioning services, and body repair and painting. The vendor will also be required to have a paint booth that is certified by the City of Humble or City of Houston or other jurisdictional authority and meets all related environmental and safety codes. • The vendor must have experience working with fleets of vehicles, including school buses and other types of vehicles. • The vendor must have a good reputation and a proven track record of providing high-quality services. • The vendor must be able to respond quickly to service requests and repair needs. • The vendor must be able to provide competitive pricing and discounts. • The vendor must be able to meet the district's needs and provide excellent customer service.
