Tires for Various On and Off Road Vehicles

Jefferson County is seeking a vendor to supply a wide range of new (and where noted, recapped) tires for its fleet of county‑owned vehicles and equipment. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity requirement with a base period of one year, renewable for a second year, and the County expects rapid delivery and repair turnaround. Bidders must provide unit pricing with and without mounting, meet CTQP/CATL and ASTM certifications, and be able to service emergency‑response needs. • Supply new (or recapped where permitted) tires for highway, off‑road, agricultural, heavy‑duty, police, sheriff, recycling, and airport vehicles. • Provide pricing per tire (mounting and non‑mounting), repair rates, and 24‑hour road service; delivery required within 48 hours of order. • Must certify compliance with federal CTQP and ASTM standards, hold required insurance, and submit a non‑collusive certification and Iranian investment disclosure.
