The Affordable Housing Trust Fund Multifamily Loan Closings

The Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency is seeking proposals for the provision of services to support the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) in closing project loans and reviewing funding applications. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis. The proposal should include a detailed description of the proposer's experience and qualifications, as well as a description of the services to be provided and the proposed fee structure. • The proposer should have experience in providing similar services to government agencies or non-profit organizations. • The proposer should have a strong understanding of the affordable housing industry and the requirements of the AHTF. • The proposer should be able to provide a detailed description of their approach to providing the services, including their methodology and timeline. • The proposer should be able to provide references from previous clients.
