Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking proposals from Communications Tower Companies to install, own, and operate a Communications facility at the Samarcand Training Academy in Moore County. The proposal should include the installation, ownership, and operation of the communications tower.
• The tower company will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the tower.
