Description
Riverside Transit Agency is seeking a qualified firm to provide full‑service construction‑management (CM) for the Hemet Mobility Hub. The prime CM firm will act as the Owner’s Authorized Representative, overseeing design‑build procurement, permitting, subcontractor selection, on‑site field supervision, safety and security compliance, and final close‑out. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, subject to prevailing‑wage, Buy‑America, DBE nondiscrimination, and Brooks Act requirements, and will require 100 % performance and payment bonds. The project is funded partially by the Federal Transit Administration and State Transit Assistance, with an estimated construction cost of $10‑12 million.
