Description
PVTA is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call construction‑management services for a variety of capital improvement projects across its facilities in western Massachusetts. The contract is a five‑year on‑call agreement (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2031) where work orders will be issued for individual projects ranging from $300 k to $5 M (occasionally larger). Services include owner’s project management, field representation, inspection, cost estimating, scheduling, and construction oversight. Firms must submit a non‑price qualification package and a separate cost proposal; only the highest‑ranked qualifiers will have their pricing reviewed.
• Scope covers bus‑maintenance garages, administrative buildings, parking lots, intermodal stations, and other PVTA facilities.
• Required staff: senior construction/project managers, clerk‑of‑works/field reps, and cost estimator/scheduler (each with ≥10 years experience).
• Award anticipated early December 2026; work to begin January 2027 under hourly‑rate pricing with audited overhead and profit.
