Cold Weather Pumping and Thawing of Latrines

The 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office - Alaska (RCO-AK) is seeking a contractor to provide cold weather pumping and thawing of latrines for the 11th Airborne Division at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The required services include pumping and thawing of vaulted latrines, disposal of waste products, and cleaning of latrine vaults. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. * The contract will require the contractor to perform routine scheduled and on-demand pumping of permanent and temporary vaulted latrines across Fort Wainwright main post and Yukon Training Area. * The contractor must also provide thawing services for frozen latrines and pipes, including minor and major thaw events. * Emergency mobilization services will also be required, with a response time of within 4 hours to Fort Wainwright cantonment or YTA.
