Denton ISD is seeking qualified vendors to provide fundraising services to the district. The selected vendors will be added to a list of approved fundraising vendors and will have the opportunity to work with the district's schools and student organizations. The vendors will be required to provide a variety of services, including marketing and sales support, and will be evaluated based on their ability to meet the district's evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria include the company's description, references, unit costs, profit percentage, marketing strategy, product guarantee, and support services. • The application process requires vendors to complete a fundraising application and attach required documents, including a W-9 form, proof of insurance, and a conflict of interest questionnaire. • The district reserves the right to determine if the fundraising services are acceptable and may deny applications that do not meet the evaluation criteria. • The term of the application is two years with one successive two-year auto-renewal, based on the long-range needs of the district and mutual consent of both parties. • The district will purchase goods by means of an official district purchase order form, and vendors must agree to receive purchase orders via email.
