The State of North Dakota’s Information Technology Department is seeking a single contractor to provide end‑to‑end managed services for its existing mainframe environment. The scope covers operating‑system support (z/OS), application support, software‑license management, hardware maintenance, backup/restore, disaster‑recovery, performance and capacity management, batch‑processing, database administration (DB2, ADABAS), virtual‑tape management, migration planning, and continuous 24×7 monitoring. The contractor must deliver technical support, professional services, reporting, and transition assistance, while complying with strict security, data‑residency, and SLA requirements. • Comprehensive z/OS, CICS, DB2/ADABAS, and hardware lifecycle management. • Daily batch‑processing of ~3,500‑4,000 jobs, with performance tuning and capacity planning. • Required certifications/insurances, FedRAMP‑aligned hosting (if SaaS), and a 2‑year contract term (possible renewals).
