Region 04 Toilet Pumping Services

The USDA Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide toilet pumping services for up to 31 vault toilet buildings in the Dixie National Forest and up to 82 vault toilet buildings in the Manti-La Sal National Forest. The contractor will be required to pump, wash down, disinfect, and dispose of all waste products removed from the toilet vaults. The service will be on an as-needed basis throughout the year, and the contractor must be able to respond to emergency pumping requests. The contractor must also provide all necessary equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, operating supplies, and incident management. Key points to consider: • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide three reference projects. • The contractor must have a valid SAM.gov registration. • The Government will evaluate offers based on the best overall value to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical confidence, and past performance. • The contract will include a base period and four option periods, with a total duration of up to 5 years. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental protection, and safety.
