AHS Rural Health Grant Management Solution

The Agency of Digital Services is seeking a grants management system to support the State's Rural Health Transformation program. The system should include features such as online profile-based grant applications, workflow-driven eligibility checks, and scoring rubrics. The contract period will be for two years with an option to renew for up to four additional twelve-month periods. The selected bidder will be required to sign a contract with the State, which includes the Standard Contract Form and any subsequent modifications.
