Toyota Tacoma’s Purchase & Installation of Police Equipment

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a vendor to purchase and install police equipment in three 2025 Toyota Tacoma vehicles. The equipment includes grill lights, running board lights, sirens, and other accessories. The vendor must provide all necessary hardware and installation services to upfit the vehicles for covert operations. The city anticipates issuing a purchase order for the quantities listed, but additional quantities may be needed during the contract or renewal periods. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes all related costs, including shipping and delivery to the final destination. • The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and city laws. • The vendor must provide references from current customers if requested. • The vendor must guarantee parts availability for a minimum of ten (10) years or the reasonable life of the units, whichever is greater. • The vendor must provide one parts and installation manual electronically to be furnished at the time of delivery. • The vendor must ensure that all goods or materials are free of any damage and defects.
