(RFP) 27-01, Employee Benefit Consulting/Broker Services

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Employee Benefit Consulting/Broker Services. The selected broker will provide benefit program services related to the acquisition, implementation, maintenance, communication, and improvement of the county's current benefits. Key responsibilities include: • Providing benefit program services • Acquiring, implementing, maintaining, communicating, and improving the county's current benefits • Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the RFP • Complying with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required documents. The county reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals. • The technical proposal should include the firm's information and background, insurance plan selection and monitoring, benefit services, and education, advice, and technology. • The cost proposal should include fees, expenses, and commissions for each line item. • Other required documents include a non-conflict of interest statement, references, Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act affidavit and agreement, supplier inclusion program, covenant of non-discrimination form, and a cost proposal.
