RFQu for Community Residential Services Licensed Provider

The Washington County Community Services Department is seeking a qualified organization to provide community residential services for two adolescents in Washington County. The selected provider will be expected to have a current 245D HCBS license, experience providing services to adolescents with mental health needs, and the ability to provide trauma-informed care and support services. The provider will be responsible for providing 24/7 staffing, including awake overnight staff, and will be expected to engage with the residents and help them make the home their own. The provider will also be required to work with therapists and other mental health professionals to ensure the residents receive the necessary support and services.
