The VA is soliciting a total‑service‑disabled veteran‑owned small business (SDVOSB) to provide professional psychological evaluation services for VA Police Officers at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price award with a base period of one year (03‑Jan‑2027 to 29‑Feb‑2028) and four optional one‑year extensions. The work includes pre‑employment, annual periodic, and directed fitness‑for‑duty evaluations, each requiring a written Police Officer Recommendation Report delivered within 30 days of referral.
