The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a high‑performance, cold‑applied, water‑activated asphalt repair material (Aquaphalt 6.0 or an equivalent product) on an open‑end, as‑needed basis. The contract is a one‑year base period, renewable up to three additional one‑year terms, with delivery required within five business days for standard orders and two days for emergency orders.
