H245--Boiler Plant Safety Testing

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform boiler plant safety testing. The contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act, which requires the contractor to pay employees at least the minimum wage rate required under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658. The contractor will also be required to provide employees with fringe benefits, including health and welfare, vacation, and holiday pay.
