RFP No. 26-13, Property Insurance Brokerage, Risk Management, and Claims Management Services

The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Property Insurance Brokerage, Risk Management, and Claims Management Services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a thorough insurance brokerage, risk management, and claims management service program. The procurement is being conducted pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B Sec 6 and other applicable statutes. • The RFP documents will be available after 10:00 AM on December 8, 2025. • Sealed Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM EST on January 16, 2026. • All questions regarding this RFP must be made in writing and received by the Chief Procurement Officer by 4:00 PM on January 5, 2025.
