AE Shortlist for GSA PBS - CA, AZ, NV, HI - 2026

The General Services Administration Public Building Service (GSA/PBS) is seeking to establish a shortlist of Architect-Engineer (AE) firms for potential projects in California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and various Pacific Territories. The shortlist will be used to award AE contracts valued at less than the simplified acquisition threshold (currently $350,000). Firms must have a NAICS code of 541310 (Architectural Services) or 541330 (Engineering Services) and meet specific requirements, including having a small business size standard of $12.5 million or $25.5 million. The scope of work includes a broad range of services, such as core project life cycle services, specialized technical and system design, and required AE disciplines and expertise.
