C1DA--596-26-2-5744-0001 - Replace & Repair Facade on Buildings

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking Architect/Engineering (A/E) Design Services to replace and repair the facade on buildings at the Lexington VA Healthcare System, Sousley Campus. The project consists of repairing or replacing deteriorated brick, terra cotta, wood, and metal facade, tuckpointing joints, caulking windowsills, sealing masonry work, and providing positive drainage away from buildings. The estimated magnitude of construction for this A/E requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. • The A/E Services contract will be procured in accordance with the Brooks Act and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 36.6. • The selection process will follow the guidance referenced within 36.602-3 and FAR 36.602-4. • The Government will not pay, nor reimburse, any costs associated with responding to this request. • Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work.
