Rubrik Enterprise

MetroPlus Health Plan, a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals, is seeking qualified Rubrik Enterprise resellers to provide an enterprise‑wide backup solution that protects virtual servers and Isilon file shares, includes ransomware detection, and requires ongoing support to keep the system patched and up‑to‑date. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year agreement and will be awarded via competitive sealed bidding. Vendors must be authorized Rubrik resellers and must meet NYC MWBE participation requirements (either certify as MWBE or provide a 30% MWBE subcontractor plan). Required submissions include the RFB, MWBE Utilization Plan, DBDF, Vendor Demographics Form, and other standard MetroPlus procurement documents. • Provide Rubrik Enterprise backup hardware/software and annual premium support services. • Include ransomware detection capabilities that scan backups for known malware. • Deliver ongoing maintenance, patching, and support for the backup ecosystem throughout the three‑year term. • Comply with NYC MWBE participation goals (30% MWBE subcontractors or certified MWBE status). • Submit a complete bid package by 23 Oct 2026 3:00 PM, with questions due by 19 Oct 2026 3:00 PM.
