Minnesota State’s St. Cloud State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive elevator services—including routine inspection, preventive maintenance, annual testing, emergency‑callback response, record‑keeping, and any required repairs—for all campus elevators and lifts. The contract will run for five years beginning July 1 2026 (or later, once fully executed). Vendors must comply with ASME A17.1, the Minnesota Building Code, and all related safety regulations, and must maintain a minimum 98 % operational availability.
