CTX Employee Uniform Purchase

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a small‑business, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned (SDVOSB) vendor to provide bulk employee uniforms for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price indefinite‑quantity agreement spanning a base year with up to four optional one‑year extensions, delivering thousands of apparel items such as performance polo shirts, work shirts, pants, lab coats, scrubs, and jackets to the VA medical center in Waco, TX. Vendors must meet Berry Amendment domestic‑source requirements, provide a one‑year warranty, and comply with numerous VA clauses on sustainability, security, and subcontracting limits. • Supply a wide variety of VA‑branded uniforms (shirts, pants, jackets, lab coats, scrubs, etc.) in multiple sizes and colors. • Deliver items FOB destination to the VA logistics warehouse at Doris Miller VA Medical Center, Waco, TX 76711, within annual delivery windows. • Must be a certified SDVOSB (≤ 750 employees) and HUBZone eligible; pricing will be evaluated on a lowest‑priced technically acceptable basis.
