Description
The City of Brunswick, GA is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive repairs on the Howard Coffin Park swimming‑pool complex. The scope includes fixing leaking expansion joints, replacing waterline tiles and grout, repairing cracked plaster, full resurfacing of pool walls and floors, replacing skimmers, pumps, valves, chemical injectors, deck tiles, and associated plumbing components for the main lap pool, zero‑entry kiddie pool, and plunge/slide pool. The contractor must submit a sealed technical and fee proposal by the deadline, may use subcontractors with prior approval, and must complete all work within a 90‑day contract period to allow inspections before the Memorial Day 2027 opening.
