Aquatic Facility Improvements - Enterprise, KS

The City of Enterprise is seeking a single‑prime contractor to complete a comprehensive renovation of its aquatic facility. The scope includes removing 130 cubic yards of existing concrete, excavating and compacting earthwork, installing pavement base, constructing a dyed concrete pool deck and coping, adding sidewalks, curb and gutter, electrical and plumbing upgrades, a 500 sq ft pool retrofit, sandblasting and resurfacing 4,000 sq ft of pool surface, installing splash features, a tensile shade structure, diving board, lifeguard chairs, pool ladders, handrails, lounge chairs, rough carpentry, metal siding and roofing, chain‑link fencing, landscaping, and seeding. The project will be awarded as a lump‑sum contract with unit‑price items as indicated on the bid form.
