The effort is a four‑year contract with a total not‑to‑exceed budget of $38,000 and includes potential interim deliverables and optional value‑added services.
• Evaluate SPCSA’s authorizing processes using the Principles & Standards framework.
• Provide a rating, identify strengths and gaps, and recommend concrete improvement actions.
• Benchmark SPCSA’s performance against other charter‑school authorizers regionally and nationally.
• Deliver a final report by contract end (June 30 2027) and accommodate optional interim deliverables.
• Meet all Nevada state procurement requirements, including insurance, confidentiality, and compliance with federal anti‑lobbying rules.
