Workers Compensation Claims Third Party Administrator (TPA)

The Department of Business and Industry, Division of Insurance, is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed workers compensation third-party administrators for claims administration services for the Insolvency Fund for Self-Insured Employers and the Insolvency Fund for Self-Insured Associations. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing claims administration services, including but not limited to, receiving and processing claims, conducting investigations, and making determinations on claim eligibility. The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2029. • The bidder must be a licensed workers compensation third-party administrator in the state of Nevada. • The bidder must have experience in providing claims administration services for self-insured employers and associations. • The bidder must have a proven track record of providing high-quality claims administration services. • The bidder must be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the solicitation. • The bidder must be able to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to providing claims administration services, including their experience, qualifications, and pricing.
